Refund Policy
All services, sales, and products provided and/or sold by Cloud & Co Marketing are considered final and non-refundable. By purchasing or engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that payments made are not eligible for refunds once work has commenced, resources have been allocated, or services have been delivered in any capacity.
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Cloud & Co Marketing management. Any such approval must be provided in writing by an authorized member of management. Verbal statements or informal communications do not constitute approval for refunds.
In cases where a refund is approved by management, the amount and terms will be determined based on the scope of work completed, time invested, and any costs already incurred on behalf of the client.
By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that Cloud & Co Marketing reserves full authority over all refund decisions.
